Look at the defective drawer. When rejected, I was accused to be picky.

Promise the sky during pre-sale. But when ask for these goodwill items, he keep delaying and ask for early payment ahead of work done. Work is only good just before payment. Right after that, things get delayed and give all kind of excuses for delay. When I refused to make early payment sensing the repeat behaviour, supplier raise voice and complain that I am picky. Carpentry below standard. See the drawer attached - glue together using silicone. Avoid.

Unreliable, was suppose to come for contract signing but never appeared.

Director of the company asked for early payment and signing of contract when project is only to be installed two weeks later.

So we worked out an agreement to sign the contract and make first payment a week before installation.

Was scheduled to see the director of the company on a Monday at 8pm. He messaged to say his carpenter has not returned to office. And asked to postpone our appointment to Tuesday. I agreed.

Tuesday, he messages again, giving the same excuse. He said he will message once the carpenter is back. That was at 8.07pm. It was already 9.07pm and no reply. When probed, the excuse given was that their carpenter is overseas.

Everything on my part was prepared for them, first installment cheque was made out. I'm just glad this didn't happen after payment was given. I'm glad I didn't agree to the early payment.

Quite upsetting as this company is HDB licensed.

Did a check on ACRA. Apparently went out of business already. Owner care to confirm?
