Most terrible saloon I have ever been! No skill and irresponsible! Regretted to go there and spent about 100 plus for nothing. In the end I've to pay another 100 plus for "saving" my hair.

horrifying experience.
bought an online deal for rebonding.
when it was done, i commented that a portion of the hair did not seem right - it was puffed up and badly damaged.
The uncle stylist did not take a step closer to look into the issue and started shouting at me "You such customers, i have seen lots of such, only asking for the sky!"
i tried to bridging a communication but fruitless. I kept quiet on my seat and he went on scolding for the next 15min insisting "This is PERFECT" refusing to see the damaged hair and evident waves. He even ended off with "SHIT ON YOU!".
Clearly, he took the opportunity that i was the last customer to vent all his grudges at me and he even uses the broom in his hand to hit hard on the chairs suggesting his aggression.
It was unfortunate that the good shisedo cream was put to waste in the hands of incompentent stylist (completing the entire ironing procedure in less than 20min - taking huge bunch of hair each time, and not able to control the iron) - clearly a rush of time to have themselves able to knock off early in the saturday evening.
And all that aside, to berate a customer and showing violence, was totally uncalled for. I do regret not taking a video clip on all his drama, but on hindsight, I was glad did not as i probably would not made it out alive.
