Question for Fong Yun Thai Association

Hi I would like to enquire regarding to buy an empty niche in advance for my parents, as both our late grandparents already have a niche there. May I know the procedures, what are the charges like, example, do we have to pay lump sum or we have to pay maintenance fees regularly?
