Review of Solid Kool Technology

One of the the worst customer service experiences and extremely rude.  I must have tried to get a confirmation on an appointment 10 times without confirmation - sat around all day waiting. After trying to arrange two different times they didn't show up to either, completely wasting my time, despite the face that they had already taken my money for a 4 cleaning service contract.  There are cheaper, better and more courtesy companies out there that want your business.
