Not a good company to work with
This company is not an ideal employer or for any employee to go far with them & the management has never really cared for the advancement of staffs, especially the IT support personnels. Furthermore, this company isn't friendly to employing senior person vs younger people & who are non-S'porean. So I suggest you don't waste time applying a position as there isn't going to have any opportunity to go further in your career with this organisation.

Agreed. I worked here before & was quickly on their list if Engineers to make redundant when COVID-19 affected many & even though I'm only on my 11th month with them & was selected as one of the first few to go. No advance notice was given as it was with immediate effect. MOM later knew about it & sent me a mandatory survey online request & i simply submitted the survey to the authority to the best of my knowledge.
Even though this company claimed to received awards for their business, it was never with the benefit of the employees in mind, as there wasn't any special benefit & no internal training or external training to be given even though I was told by their H.R during my employment that there will be such training to improve our skillset. The new manager (quite junior) for IT services delivery was tasked to execute this retrenchment exercise. So, its your own risk if you wanna try your career luck with this organisation. All the best!
