Review of Chen Kang Foot Reflexology

1.0
I went to Chen Kang at Bedok Point for a full body massage on 7 Mar 2013. This is my first time there. They assign an auntie to do for me. Before I change, she already ask if I want to top up my oil. She did not even ask me if I had any aching. I rejected and say I will consider the next time if the massage is good.

The minute she apply oil on me, I know she is a new. The way she apply the massage oil is like applying moistuizer. Up and down, left and right. Then she start her massage or should I say is she still applying the massage oil? I don't feel any kind of relieve on my aching shoulder at all!

I requested to change therapist. She asks me what kind of massage I want. I told her I prefer tuina. Then she use another technique and keep asking me if this is ok, is this right? and so on...

Haiz.. she knows I am feeling frustrated, she went to the counter and inform the receptionist that I want to change therapist. They appointed a young lady from Malaysia. Although this lady has strong hands, but her hands were trembling all the way!!! My goodness... Am I sitting on the massage chair with the kneading and vibrating mode?

The whole treatment wasn't good at all. I felt giddy when everything was done. I think is because of too much "vibration".

I was wondering, did Chen Kang's HR or recruiter test their employer's skills or perhaps send them for training? Did they know their employee's standards? Or they just did not care.

Verdict is, I will never ever try Chen Kang again. It's really does not worth $60 for an hour. This time, I would say Osim massage chair scores.
