Review of Home Cleanz Cleaning Services

Very very bad service. I had specifically told the agency to send someone who can speak and understand simple English.
In spite of my instructions they sent 2 cleaners who couldn't understand simple English , forget about speaking.
I had to use sign language.
And the cleaning was pathetic, they didn't even do the scope of work listed in the agreement.
Simple things like lifting of mats while vacuuming were not done.
When I complained later they apologised.
But I couldn't trust them anymore and the cleaning was also pathetic. When you are paying so much you need a certain level of service.
At least yhey are supposed to do the scope of work listed on their paper.
Never go for this company.
