It has terrible after sales service. The designer will not reply to your calls and smses. This is definitely a red flag as after the completion of the renovation works, there might be certain defects. Basically, what the designer did was to just take my money and disappear after the works are done. He did not bother to reply or return my calls on the defects that I have.
