Review of Sure Solution (Pte.) Ltd.

I am an existing customer and bought a package for one of their latest face lifting treatment after numerous hard sell sessions. However they are now not honouring the package despite what was written clearly on the invoice and dispute that it's impossible for them to quote that low. I didn't point a gun at the consultant's head and they were the ones who offered it and I accepted. Another consultant now is claiming they wrote it wrongly and hence I got to accept their decision.

All I can say is if there is no meeting of the minds, there is no contract = no sale. I want my money back!

People out there be careful what you buy and make sure if you do buy, don't stop at getting the invoice but INSIST they update your records in front of you!!!
